COVID 19 is a health crisis but it also created a food crisis. Yara decided to take action and donated 40,000 tons of fertilizer to 250.000 farmers in East Africa in 16 weeks. Helping to feed 1 million people. A digital platform was created to share agronomic knowledge and services with millions of farmers. Together with World Food Program they got a Nobel Peace Prize Celebrating Partner 2020.
